Where do the recommended products come from?

Recommendations are based on your connected range and its product information. Customers can select and buy the suggested items directly.

How does the room visualization work?

After the product selection, the chosen furniture is visualized in the uploaded room photo. Customers can view their interior and compare alternatives.

Can our sales advisor influence the selection?

Yes. The application can be used together with the advisor, who can refine customer wishes, select products and adapt suggestions individually.

Can the AI Room Designer be used online and in store?

Yes. Online, it supports independent product selection. In the furniture store, it complements personal advice.

Can the selection be added to the cart?

With the corresponding shop integration, the selected items are passed to the cart. Alternatively, the selection links to the respective product pages.

Are room photos used for AI training?

No. Customer images are not used to train general AI models. Storage, access and deletion follow the agreed data protection terms.

Is the room image an exact room plan?

The visualization shows the effect of an interior. Dimensions, clearances and technical requirements are checked against the product data and the actual room measurements.
